Postcombe UKRAINE CRISIS Appeal
We are sure you are all aware of the humanitarian crisis caused as a direct result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and that many of you are already doing whatever you can to help the poor Ukrainian people caught up in the conflict.
However, if you would be able to help a little more, Sam at ‘Ruby Cottage’ on Box Tree Lane, is kindly organising a local Postcombe collection of essential items to be sent to those in need.
The items requested include:
Nappies/wipes/Sudocrem/and formula milk
Soap and personal hygiene products
Toothpaste and toothbrushes
Torches and batteries
First Aid kits
Sleeping bags and tents.
Sam will take the donated items to a central warehouse in Hemel where they will be sorted and repackaged, loaded onto lorries, taken to London and then delivered straight to Poland
Anything you can donate maybe dropped directly in the van in the courtyard behind ‘Ruby Cottage’ before Tuesday mornings for the next 3 weeks (March 14th/21st/28th)
All donations, no matter how small are very gratefully received and will make a difference
